This page covers the website at minoenergy.com. The Mino platform at app.minoenergy.com is a separate service, governed by the agreement we sign with our client.
What we collect when you visit
Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type: this site has no forms, no sign-up, and no search. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising scripts of any kind.
Our host, Render, keeps standard web server access logs: IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser user-agent. These exist so the site can be kept running.
Third parties
None, while you are reading. Everything this page loads, including the typeface, is served from this domain, so no other company sees that you visited.
Three links do take you elsewhere when you click them: our survey on Tally, our booking page on Cal.com, and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we do not control them.
What is stored in your browser
One entry, mino-theme, remembering whether you chose the light or dark appearance. It never leaves your browser and we never see it. Clearing your browser data removes it. No cookies are set.
If you email us
We keep the email and our reply so we can carry on the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Swiss FADP, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to delete it. Email [email protected].

Company details and retention

- The legal entity acting as data controller, its registered address and company number.
- How long Render’s server logs are retained.
- How long we keep email correspondence.
- The time within which we will respond to a request about your data.
